"Il Monello is our family's favorite Italian restaurant and tonight's birthday dinner did not disappoint. Martino, the owner, makes every occasion seem special with his attention, humor and recommendations. A sampling of spedini, calamari, burratta and meatballs were wonderful appetizers, and we all enjoyed the range of terrific pasta dishes. The ravioli (burratta and porcini versions) and fettuccini were huge portions. The gnocchi is always amazing and tonight my wife also got the "pocket purse pasta." It's not on the menu and Martino only makes it for his "special" guests who know to ask for it. Lucky us.__The service is friendly and attentive, and we always feel welcome and well-fed every time we visit Il Monello. Don't miss it."
